About Zach

Zach leads Revenue at Rankings.io with more than a decade of experience building high-performing sales teams and go-to-market strategies. However, what truly sets him apart is his belief that success is about more than just numbers. It’s about people. Relationships. Impact.

Whether he's helping a law firm double their caseload or coaching a team member toward their next big win, Zach shows up with clarity, empathy, and a deep drive to help others grow.

He began his career at AT&T before stepping into the SaaS space, where he quickly proved himself, earning President’s Club honors twice, then leading a $20 million book of business in Washington, D.C. But titles and quotas were never the end goal. Zach found his real passion in building systems that support people, where clear standards, strong accountability, and authentic connection fuel lasting success.

At Rankings, he’s created a scalable outbound sales engine tailored to the nuances of legal marketing. But his focus isn’t just on efficiency. It’s on making sure the right firms get the right help at the right time. He’s built a culture of ownership on his team, where every win is earned, every mistake is learned from, and everyone has the room to lead in their own way.

What drew Zach to Rankings was more than just the mission, it was the people. After meeting founder Chris Dreyer and seeing the company’s culture firsthand, he knew this was a place where excellence wasn’t just expected—it was supported. A place where experts are trusted to be experts, and leadership means lifting others up, not micromanaging them down.

As co-host of the Underoath podcast, Zach brings that same spirit to the mic. Curious, thoughtful, and generous with what he’s learned. His goal is always the same: to help others walk away smarter, more confident, and more connected than before. Because at the end of the day, for Zach, revenue is just the result. The real work is building something people believe in.
