She got her start helping build a law firm from scratch, working side-by-side with executives to recruit top talent and create systems that actually work. With a degree from the University of Arizona in Interpersonal Communications and Business, Gillian knows that behind every KPI and workflow is a real person and she’s a pro at connecting those dots to help both people and business thrive.
